Technical Advisory:

• Provide technical advice to the owner during all project phases.
• Support in technology selection, material approval, and alternative solution evaluation.
• Advise on constructability, operability, and maintainability.

Engineering Management

• Process Design & System Configuration
• Preliminary Layout & General Arrangements
• Equipment Specifications & Data Sheets
• Cost Estimation and Bill of Quantities.
• Preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) including bid documents.
• Evaluation of Bidder’s Proposals
• Review of all engineering design deliverables from contractors (e.g., drawings, specifications, calculations).
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, contract documents, and project requirements.
• Identify design risks or deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Reporting & Documentation
